“Bill Edson doesn’t just teach leadership he lives it…EVERY DAY. His courage and integrity as a combat medic under fire have forged him into one of the finest leadership coaches I’ve ever known. I’d follow him to hell and back…and you should too.”

About Bill Edson

Lifetime Experience

Bill Edson is Wayfinder Coaching LLC. His own life experiences only lend to his empathetic and non-judgmental view on your current situation. His listening ear, and keen ability to connect with clients allow a relationship that will help bring clarity and guidance as you discover (or re-discover) your place and your direction. Bill uses proven methods, academic knowledge, and devised systems to help you reflect and discover your way forward. If it doesn’t exist, Bill will create a program designed for you, or for your group…period. Together, you will find your way. Bill Edson is a 23-year veteran of the United States Army, where his ability to be innovative helped to create what now is the gold-standard in combat resuscitative medical care. He witnessed the worst that humanity has to offer during the war in Iraq, yet he was able to bring sense to the chaos for his soldiers and the people of Iraq. (As portrayed in his story, “In the House of Abdallah”.) Bill was born and raised in a small mountain mill town in Northern New York. Family and faith played a key role in his personal development and core values. Many life lessons were learned in the dining room, schools, and sports fields of his youth.
